Is the Lumi Mask safe to use at home?
Lumi Mask is a cosmetic LED device designed for safe at-home use by adults. Sessions are 10 minutes with built-in eye shielding and no UV. It is not suitable for people who are pregnant, photosensitive, taking photosensitising medications, or managing an active skin condition without medical advice. Always read the included safety guide before first use.
Who should not use the Lumi Mask
- Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding without clinician advice
- People taking photosensitising medication
- Anyone managing lupus, porphyria, or other light-sensitive conditions
- Children under 18
Eye safety
Built-in eye shielding is included. Keep eyes closed during use. Do not stare directly at the LED panel.
Cleaning
Wipe the silicone interior with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each session. Do not submerge or use harsh solvents.
